Guest having difficulty changing a booking.

I have a new guest to Airbnb. She has booked one night and is awaiting verification. She wants to confirm the booking and pay using a voucher but cannot  seem to do this. I cannot find anyway to sort it at my end.

@Pat6816 I think you should advise her to contact Airbnb by phone; there's nothing you can do for her regarding verification and/or payment.
