Hi I have a guest who I pre approved to book, but that then expired. She has now come back to me and trying to book similar dates, but changed arrival date from Saturday to Friday. She says that the system keeps coming up with OOPs?! and she is unable to do anything.
Can anyone tell me how I can resolve the issue please. I am wondering if I send the above lady the special offer whether that would work, but I am not sure exactly what amount she would be paying for her trip as I cannot see charges, etc at her end - is there any way that I can see this so I could try doing that. I don't want to lose this booking due to this system playing up.
