Guest is receipt emails in Russian

My language is set for English and I have a guest complaining she receives emails in Russian... what is happening and how to change?

I think the guests will receive automated emails on the language and currency  that they have as default on their account? 

I am not sure it is something at fault with your settings. Did you ask her to double check her account settings?
