Guest reviews

Can a Host ask that their Guest review is not published unless the Guest takes the time to write a review in return or

should Hosts just accept the fact that some Guests might never take the time to write reviews?

Cheers

Antonio

@Antonio2298  You really have to just accept that some guests don't leave reviews, particularly any attempt to pressure a guest to write a review could run you afoul of Airbnb's Review Policy:  "You are not allowed to incentivize positive reviews, to use the threat of a negative review to manipulate a desired outcome, or to influence another’s review with the promise of compensation."  The whole thing can be found here:  https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2673/airbnbs-review-policy

@Antonio2298  Your review of a guest is for other hosts as much as for the guest. Other hosts want to know how the guest was as a basis for either accepting or declining them. So please leave reviews for guests, whether they leave one for you or not.
