I have an apartment that I rent in the Atlanta metro area, and just started renting again last month. I slightly raised my rates and cleaning fee, and have been just as active as before March when most things shut down.
It depends on what you offer. Travel is changing. In March basically my entire calendar canceled. But now my three listings are completely booked for August and September is booking up fast.
