Has anyone else had issues with Changeover Cleaners / Manage My Clean?

I am posting to ask whether any other UK holiday-let hosts have had similar experiences with Changeover Cleaners, operating through the Manage My Clean platform.

 

I paid £3,100 in advance in April 2026 for 20 holiday-let changeover cleans. The first clean was carried out late, after my incoming guests had checked in, and a later booked clean was not attended.

 

I cancelled the arrangement and requested a refund, along with the return of my linen and towels that had been removed for laundering. Communication has been extremely poor and, at times, non-existent. Despite repeated requests and assurances, my property has not been returned.

 

I am now pursuing the refund through my bank and have reported the non-return of my property to the police.

 

This has caused considerable disruption to my guests and holiday-let business, as well as the cost of replacing essential linen. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has used this company or platform, particularly if you have had difficulties obtaining a refund or getting your own linen returned.
