Has the airbnb health safety attestation tool been released?

I read a post from Airbnb back in February that they were working on a health attestation tool. According to the press release "This voluntary tool will enable hosts to request that guests attest they are clear of common COVID-19 symptoms and have not knowingly been recently exposed to COVID-19, helping to empower hosts with information about health and safety that may be relevant for their preferences and needs."  https://news.airbnb.com/airbnb-announces-health-safety-attestation-to-support-responsible-travel/

I can't seem to find any information about whether it actually exists and whether I can leverage this tool. Anyone else know?

I did not hear of this before, but it is interesting. The article also mentioned:

"The tool will be initially available in select countries or regions"

But after the announcement it seems to have gone quiet....
