Wishing you all the best! It is exciting despite some PR challenges, but there is a great community of wonderful hosts who really make this chat a great source for help and to connect.

My main learning points are : maintain communication, be clear and comfortable with your house rules and description, and there is nothing like your intuition when it comes to approving a guest/s you choose to accept into your home. Also, reach out to the  24/7 Airbnb support team if there is ANY booking that makes you uncomfortable.  Do not let anyone intimidate you in your own home.
