I see the old listing is still listed on your account, but has not available dates on the calender. It will not show up in the search system. Maybe delist it.

The new iisting looks nice.

Maybe consider to add some settings to the rules, like check-out time, pets allowed y/n, smoking allowed y/n etc.

Please note: the promotional discount for first 3 bookings (20%) also applies to long term stays (which you also offer)
