Help regarding cancellation before scheduled payment

I have an 88 day booking from 21st Jan to 18 April (currently 30 days remaining) and I am now required to cut short my stay due to the coronavirus outbreak. However, I have an upcoming scheduled payment due on 21st March and I was wondering whether I could cancel the stay before the scheduled payment. If indeed I am able to cancel, I was wondering o about the potential implications on me and my host particularly regarding the payout for the stay. I believe that my host has a strict cancellation policy at this point. 

 

I have talked to my host and he has agreed on the potential cancellation. What would be the options for me in this particular situation?
