To elevate the guest experience in my apartments in Cairo and Hurghada, I decided to integrate simple AI tools in a creative way.
First, I professionally photographed my apartment. Then, using free AI tools like Nano Banana, I created unique characters for each room. After that, I used Grok to animate these characters and bring them to life. With AI voice generation platforms, I produced short videos with personalized messages.
I created three main videos:
• A welcome video introducing the apartment in a warm and friendly way.
• A house instructions video explaining everything clearly and simply.
• A short post-checkout video saying “We miss you already” and kindly reminding guests that their review is very important to us.
Each video is less than one minute long so I can easily attach them to my automated messages — sent at booking confirmation, during the stay, and after checkout.
This approach added life to the apartment photos and created a stronger emotional connection with guests. It made the experience feel modern, professional, and personalized. Guests felt that they were dealing with someone who truly cares about every detail.
I treat every guest as a unique experience, not just a reservation number. My goal is to make their stay enjoyable from the first message to the moment they leave.
The result? Better communication, stronger engagement, and noticeably improved reviews.
I truly believe AI is not just about automation — it’s about adding personality and creating memorable moments.
