This is what is keeping me busy at the moment,,, I moved my trailer down beside my house, ( excavation ) it was parked at top of hill where black car is ,,, now I have plenty of parking, and very possibly will have full access,
my trailer is my personal accommodation, and office for DRIFT INN, when I am available I can entertain guests.
still chipping away at it, I did not own property beside home until recently, now my game plan has changed a little, but soon I will be back to finish up my rental inside once I’m finished outside.

as for camping, good idea, im going to have a tent on hand in case guests would like the feel of camping beside ocean,
you can google— port a bras, burin Newfoundland,,,to see location on the map.
