I want to formally say that Airbnb is a horrible horrible company I booked a room for 2 days paid 244 and didn't get to even stay in there all but an hour because it was bug infested I took pictures and send them to the host Simon and I got no response I then reached out to Airbnb for help and they've been giving me the runaround since Saturday I had a bug infestation at 202 Cross Street Unit 2:30 in Dubuque Iowa and it was full of bugs and baby centipedes I took pictures and did all the proper things I need to do to reach out for help to get a refund I couldn't even stay in that apartment for all but an hour I slept in my car the first night and requested a refund and a cancellation for Saturday to Sunday to Monday and I got no response I've been fighting with Airbnb since Saturday and I've even had their customer service reps hang up on me this company is horrible and should not be allowed to Beyond any type of reservation or booking sites they do nothing to help me I had bugs fall on my head and calling in my hair and they still refuse to give me my refund for 2 days I didn't even stay in there I couldn't even cancel they wouldn't refund me I think this company is horrible they don't know how to treat their clients I am contacting the Better Business Bureau the health inspector and I'm going to contact my local news station and report my story it did nothing for the benefit of gas and it's disgusting how they can get away with this
