Host Referral Program and cohosting

My friend is about to post his first listing under my invitation with the Host Referral Program. 
My friend has also asked me if I can be his co-host.
My question is, can I be his co-host and also collect the Host Referral Bonus?

Just one indication of the funds this company is haemorrhaging on some parts of their business, while other vital departments have deteriorated almost beyond repair, through negligence and lack of investment.

Yeah they were offering me up to $800 USD at one point. But now they've gone down to only $100.
