Hosting Issues

So a while back I had host and used to host a lot of events especially gifting events so my host ran out and I bought it again but ever since then when I try to host absolutely nobody joins IMVU doesn't even put my room in the "Live now" section so I contact support and he basically tells me "just invite them manually" which just tells me he doesn't play vu.
