How can I pre-approve every inquiry?

Depending on the date, I may need a minimum stay of 5 days, and other times one day is good. I want every potential guest to ask first. If I set it to instant book, I assume that means I can't say no, correct?

@Keith36  Correct. And even without using IB, what you are proposing to do isn't the way the platform works. The majority of guests don't even bother to read through the listing description- you can't be telling guests they have to ask about minimum stays for each booking, that's what your hosting settings are for.

You can use the rule sets feature to set different minimum stays for different times.
