How to split hosting duties

My brother and I recently bought a multifamily and are almost finished with renovating one unit as a short term rental. We would like to split hosting duties every other week or every two weeks. What is the best way to go about this? One of us as a co host? Both of us sharing the same account?

@Eric4938 Sharing an account makes most sense. Have you considered tax and how Airbnb might represent your earnings to the authorities?

Are you both local to the listing. If not you'll need a local co-host for house checks, sorting out maintenance and for sorting out problem guests 😁 @Eric4938
