I can't accept reservation requests!

This is the third time in about two weeks that I receive an error message "You do not have permission to access this resource" when i go to accept a booking request on the app. When I use my laptop nothing happens at all when I click on accept. Is anyone else currently having this issue? I have a booking request that will expire soon if I can't accept it.

I got that message last night when I tried to look at a listing I wanted to book, @Meghan201 , so it seems like a site glitch. If you have tried clearing your cache, using another browser, etc., you may have to call customer service to help get that booking request dealt with.
