Hello everybody,  I'm Nuria,  pretty new in here,  and my 1rs message 🤭

I'm super exited!! I'm from Mexico 🇲🇽  but I live in Wellington, Fl., I'm totally open to any advice on the places that I'm hosting (if you check my profile), and how to learn to being a super co- host in the Network... thank you for your time

Hi @Elisa , thank you for your welcoming. 

After having some not good experiences in the past in some Airbnb, and of course, another good experiences, i tough that if was having a Airbnb place,  I would not have those issues, and I will put attention on some details... We found our 1rs home on Blue Ridge,  GA,  we started with friends,  and then friends of those friends,  till we made the decision to started on Airbnb. Best decision EVER!! (Neither,  when i didn't know anybody involved on Airbnb or without any help) we started to learn

Now, we have another home in Vero Beach,  Fl. And I'm in charge 100% on EVERYTHING!!

Now,  having a little more of experience,  i interested to continuing learning and help another persons. And here i am!!

Hello, I wouldn't advise changing anything, your reviews are awesome.  Compliments, Guest love you as much as they love the property.

If your having a slump, that is probably computer sometimes crazy logic.  Make sure even just rearranging words in title, you hit save that updates Date Modified which the computer uses to determine active Host.  Also use the Airbnb Custom Discounts, you can do a 20% discount on like 3 days, Airbnb markets.  You can have multiple Airbnb Custom Discounts on 1 listing just use different days.
