My potential guests say that they submit their reservation, the payment is processed, and then the reservation is immediately cancelled. This has happened twice. Anyone know what is happening with this?
@Shanna86 It could be because their bank has pulled the payment or Airbnb don't like something about their account. They need to ask Airbnb what is going on.
