I had a guest claim an injury and I filed a claim a month ago.
guest has taken legal action
I was given a claim number and adjuster.
i have not
been contacted or been able to contact the adjuster or anyone through this third party Airbnb is covered through.
I am very concerned and want to know if anyone has ever had an issue.
@Charlotte311 I hope you have also contacted your own insurer. I believe the liability part of Aircover is a proper insurance policy so if you have anything like the UK Insurance ombudsman you should be able to refer Airbnb to them if you do not get a proper service.

The reported the hanging chair fell (and it did)
the result was a broken leg.
I filed a claim and Airbnb connected
me through email
with their liability third party insurance company.
gave me her name
and my claim number
and said I would be contacted.
The guest has hired an injury law firm.
The adjuster has not contacted me or responded in any way.
I have called asked for supervisor sent messages all with no response
just hours of hold time.
