Welcome !

I looked at your listing, but it seems to me it needs some tuning.

You offer a room, but you have only 1 listing for max 14 guests.

 

IMO you need to create a listing fo each room (or combination of rooms)

Now 1 person can book and then nobody else can book another room.

 

Also when 1 booking is made for 14 guests, the price is the same as for 1 guest !
