Hello,

We live in Epping NH in the non-winter months and live in Franconia NH Nov-April.  Our kids do full time ski racing and remote school during that time.  We work in the ski industry in addition to owning a construction company, manage our 3 family home in Franconia and working various other part time jobs.  We AIR BNB our Franconia apartment unit in the spring/summer/fall months.  I would say we have had a great experience so far, this will be our 4th summer doing it this way and glad we made the switch from 6 month seasonal rentals.  I joined a zoom this afternoon with other AIR BNB hosts and really enjoyed hearing new information and connecting with others in the community.

Yes, I did. I also picked up some information that I need to do more research on.  I am still looking on where to find the analytics that was mentioned.  I also had some reminders to check on different pieces of my listing to update a few things.
