Hi everyone,
I'm Firas, a new host based in Newcastle upon Tyne. I manage a four-bedroom whole-house listing in NE3 called Arlington House, aimed mainly at contractor teams, NHS staff, and families needing a proper base for medium to longer stays rather than a hotel room.
I'm still learning the ropes when it comes to getting the most out of hosting, from pricing and listing optimisation through to the day-to-day side of guest communication and turnovers. I'm hoping to connect with experienced hosts in the area, and I'm also looking for a co-host to help me manage things well and avoid early mistakes.
