I’m new here and very happy to be part of this community.
I started my Airbnb journey by managing my own properties, and little by little, that experience grew. Today, in addition to my own listings, I also manage properties for other owners.
I joined this community to learn from other hosts, exchange experiences, and share some of what I’ve learned along the way. I believe that by supporting each other, we can continue improving our guests’ experiences and achieving better results with our listings.
I’m always happy to connect and exchange ideas, experiences, successes, and even those valuable lessons that come from our mistakes. 😄

Hi @Lorena1135! Welcome! Where are you located? 

That’s similar to how I got started managing. Airbnb kept suggesting that I cohost other local listings, and I resisted for a long time, but finally a really cool opportunity presented itself, and I realized that the managing property was something that could really feed my business— it’s created unexpected twists and turns.

Connecting with other hosts has been really great— it’s one of the most exciting parts about hosting in Airbnb. When you lean into the community, it rises up to support you! I hope you enjoy it here!
