Hello all!

My name is Nic, I currently host a property in central Florida and have been at the game for four months now. My wife and I run a business and have built an amazing team to do it. I am here to ask and answer any and all questions I can to help better the community in any way that I can. I am currently in the military and I have a passion for teaching others and sharing experiences. I believe that humanity is better off if we can live through shared experiences and progress together. I will always do my best to assist anyone that needs help. If all goes well this year, my hope is to open a business that will assist veterans and active service members transition to civilian life flawlessly. You’ve got a lot going on with hosting and your business, and it’s great you’re thinking about ways to support veterans and service members. What’s been the biggest surprise for you since starting out as a host in Florida?

I would say the biggest surprise for me so far, is how much of an impact it is to have the RIGHT team surrounding you. It needs to be people who love and support you but will give their raw and unfiltered opinion on something. You need people who wont sugar coat it and try to beat around the bush!
