Is Joe Gebbia still active for the Airbnb Cooperation?

After reading that Joe Gebbia is likely to join DOGE, it got me wondering how our organisation relates to the political reality in the States at this moment. Did they contribute to the election campaigns last year, and to whom? Do we have a DEI policy in place?

@Josh1349 Unfortunately, you are not going to win in this discussion with people who are so self-centered that they appear not to care about the future of this country, people who host on this platform for free and, at the same time, feel that they are entitled to dictate what the board members need to do or how they need to act, and "force them to deal with Gebbia". If they want to leave because they don't like a duly elected president, it's their choice. They should not cry that someone is destroying their "business". The choices we make have consequences, let them go, more booking opportunities for the ones who stay.

I just can't understand how one can oppose to discovering fraud, abuse, and waste of our tax money, but I am not surprised...

Publicly, Gebbia donated to H/W, but stated he voted for T/V. As a non-host, but formerly frequent guest, I left the platform when 2nd & 3rd homes were purchased then blocks of homes were purchased by companies, and turned over to property managers. Yesterday, I deleted my app. Today, I came to share the reasons. For those considering leaving or staying, it’s a consideration either way. When we feed the sharks, they will keep coming. Eliminate their food source, they will starve.
