Hello, 
I was looking for a flat, the landlord wants to use airbnb for payment.
And asking for my details and wants me to pay upfront too much which it is suspicious. 

How do you think guys, it is that a scam?

@Christopher1108  Yes, it's a known phishing scheme. The link sent by email takes you to a lookalike site that is not Airbnb. Don't click on it.
