Last minute changes

Hi,

I have a guest arriving today that has now added an extra person which is fine but now wants to change the booking from 21 nights to 4 nights with 2 people and 3 nights with one guest . I have accepted the change as we are new and don’t want negative reviews but she has not added the additional single guest days I’m so confused on where I stand we have lost a lot of money in the booking and Adobe would be very welcome

@Kelly1538  When you receive a change request, you have the ability to approve or deny it, and also make changes to it.
