Links Not Working With Confirmed Guests ... HELP!?!??!?!

Hi all ...

Once we have confirmed guests for our cabin we always send link to direct our guests to our homemade Yellowstone National Park planners.  Currently the links are being sent but they are not "press-able."  In the past, these links are able to be pressed and take the guests directly to the planners.  Does anyone know if this can be fixed?

Again this is for confirmed guests ... not prospective guests!

I'm not sure how to fix the link problem, but perhaps you could try to send the planners in a PDF or image form instead of the link?
