How does a host start a local club? There is none in my area, Kernville, California.

When you click "apply" it does not go to an application, it goes to a regular Airbnb page.

Here's a screenshot.  This is what I get when I click "apply."  BTW, I was logged in as a host when I clicked "apply," and this page has me as a traveller.
