Curious if any other hosts have encountered issues with how a response is displayed when corresponding with guests from time to time?
On several (separate) occasions, I have written detailed, personalized responses to guests only to discover the reply displays a response that is incomplete, choppy and the body of the message missing! It is none the less - confusing for the guest and quite embarrassing as a host!
What might I be doing wrong? How do I overcome this glitch? Any input would be appreciated!!
@Kat162 I've never experienced this, at least none of my guests have ever told me they received a message displayed like that. Are you using the app or desktop version? I have no experience with the app- I only use the desktop, with Chrome browser.
@Sarah977 Thanyou for taking the time to share! Using a desktop/laptop and Chrome just like you! Am beginning to wonder if this perhaps happens when there is a blip in the internet...
