Minimum Requirements for Airbnb Teams Setup. Removal of API Access for Co-Hosts

Hi There,

With the removal of API access to co-hosts, I understand Airbnb's push to move Vacation Rental Property Managers to the Airbnb Teams structure. My understanding is that the minimum requirements are 6 listings and using professional hosting tools. 

My questions lie as to what counts as a listing towards the 6 minimum?

If I do not own a listing but am a Primary Host, does that count towards the minimum?

Looking forward to hearing how everyone is adapting to the reduction of co-host features. What methods have you taken? How is Teams working for you?

According to the third one, "if a hosting team manages the listing, the listing owner will be the primary host."
