Missing Payout

I uploaded a nee Government ID 10 days ago. Ever since all payouts have been halted and I am now owed 10.000 euros.

i have tried contacting everyone.

I am now told that the system is verifying my details and that they don’t know how long this will take. I said the only detail I had added was a new Gov. ID. Then I get no answer on the topic.

When will I receive my money? Please help!
