Am hosting for almost 2years now 

actually am not dat succeeded with Airbnb More by Booking.com and that’s why I I was thinking about joining the community to to learn from the experience from the other hostess hier 

I’m managing 3 properties

I’m leaving in the Netherland and my unit is in Egypt North Coast

and apartments which is 2 bedrooms 

but no separate rooms

Can you share your listings if you still have them on Airbnb? (Or the booking.com links)

It is a much easier platform than booking.com if you can set everything up well! I’m sure with a few tweaks you could easily do well on Airbnb!

Thanks!! At first glance I would change the first picture to one picture of your space instead of the picture collage. The first 5 photos are the most important so make them really showcase your space. Airbnb advertises to a younger crowd(avg age about 32 I think) so keep  that in mind with the design of your space! Move all the photos of the beaches to the very end and eliminate some of the repetitive ones. I would also get some professional photos done. Lots of yours are blurry and have poor lighting. Lastly I would get fresh white bedding that can be bleached with each guest. It will make the space feel more clean, bright, and inviting! i really believe that a few tweaks will help your success on airbnb a lot
