Why is my profile (email, password, phone number etc) still stored in your system?!
I requested to *permanently* delete all of my details, history etc.

@Emilie I did so 2 weeks ago already! Nothing has been done.
Our lawyers filed a complaint with the Brazilian justice department already to get these guys from AirBNB on track because of fraud (charging us tax unlawfully).
No, it is NOT deleted.
Or why is my user/email/password still working and in their system?!
You have a user name and password in the community center. Is that what you mean?
When I click your Airbnb Profile ID it is missing - deleted.
Do you want one of the moderators to help you delete your name/password in the CC?

Respectfully, did you send a message to the moderators of the forum as I suggested and ask to have your CC profile deleted?
I'm sure they would be happy to help your delete your profile.
I did and got following response:

I want to have everything deleted and not their Blah Blah Blah...
Let's see if there are more unhappy folks to start a class action.
In my case our lawyers filed a case in Brazil already because of unlawfully charging/deducting VAT. They are telling me I'm resident in Germany and not Brazil (where I reside since the last 17 years, pay my taxes, have my bank accounts, they were transferring the rental income into my Brazilian account etc). I sent them proof of all documentation they asked for but some stupid brainchild were still insisting I'm resident in Germany.
