I'm a new host and just discovered this community. We've only been hosting for about 1 month now. It's been interesting. We are in Omaha, Nebraska, United States and have a historic house.

It was just for sale some years ago. That's basically it. That said, it needed a lot of work. We've probably put over $200,000 into it! The house was built in 1889, so it's 135 years old!
