Very disappointed about the new fees.

I am thinking now to change about a new platform for the first time.

From what I understand, Airbnb is giving hosts the option to adjust their pricing so that guests continue to see approximately the same final price as before. If that's the case, the impact on bookings should be limited.

I think the more important question is whether our host payout remains the same after the fee changes. If Airbnb automatically adjusts the nightly rate to maintain both the guest price and the host payout, then I don't see a major issue. Has anyone already switched to the new fee structure and compared their actual payouts?

@Fabien1230 An understandable reaction but if you raise your prices by the correct amount then it's almost net zero change for both host and guest. Also given that all other platforms work on the same basis as the new fee structure moving will achieve nothing.
