New host

Hi there,  my name is Caroline , if from the greater Los Angeles area.  Born and raised Angelino, but moved my family around throughout my career.  I’m recently retired ( perhaps prematurely), I’m an empty nester for many years now, kids live out of state, so my lovely home seldom gets family guests but is the gathering spot for holidays and reunions.  Once a business owner… always, I felt I needed some justification to continue living in my ranch property home and share its beauty with others and add a stream of income to keep it beautiful. 
I’ve been blessed with several bookings right out of the gate.. and I am aiming to be a super host.  I’m looking forward to learning from everyone on this group site.  Im excited to begin this new venture.
