Welcome to the Community Center! 👋  I'm @Elisa , one of the Community Managers for our English Community Center along with my lovely team members @Quincy @Paula @Rebecca @Bhumika @Emilie and we are thrilled to have you join us.

Let's kickstart this thread with a little about us Community Managers:

@Quincy : I'm from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 I have been on the Community Center for 7+ years, and have been an Airbnb Host myself. I love cycling🚲, playing football⚽, and travelling🌏 . I love how dynamic and diverse the Community Center is as we meet Hosts from all around the globe. 

@Bhumika :  🌍 I was born in Gujarat, India 🇮🇳 , and shifted to Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 last year! 📷 I recently realized my love for photography and aesthetics. I love to capture mundane life and candid pictures. 🌆 When I'm not working, you'll find me binge-watching thriller movies or exploring history.

@Paula : I am from Colombia 🇨🇴 and currently living in British Columbia, Canada 🇨🇦. I have a passion for Latin American culture (I love to dance 💃) . I've had the opportunity to visit around 20 countries 🌎 and plan to visit many more. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, especially mountain biking 🚲 and hiking 🏔.

@Rebecca : I'm from Cardiff in Wales originally but being a military child and a veterans spouse, I've travelled and lived in a lot of different places in the UK and Europe. I'm an environmentalist 🌿 and like to minimise my impact on the planet 🌎 as well as volunteering in my local community.  I love sea swimming 🌊 yoga on the beach 🧘‍ and I'm a children's yoga instructor too! 🙌 

@Emilie : I was born in France 🇫🇷, raised in French Polynesia 🌺 and Morocco 🇲🇦, and have settled in the UK for 14 years now! On evenings and weekends, you will find me spending time with my dog, working on a jigsaw, or trying my hand at some new cuisine. 🍲

My name is Eyvan, and I’m a host based in the United States and the Dominican Republic. I manage a property in santiago de los caballeros (Llanos de Gurabo) Dominican Republic, where I focus on creating a comfortable, secure, and well-organized experience for my guests.

I’m passionate about hospitality and always looking for ways to improve—from better guest communication to optimizing my listing and increasing bookings. I enjoy connecting with other hosts, sharing ideas, and learning what works best in different markets.

My name is Evgenia, and I’m excited to be part of the Airbnb Community Center. I have a background in hospitality and tech, and I’m passionate about creating smooth, welcoming, and memorable experiences for guests and hosts alike.

I’ve been an Airbnb guest myself for more than 10 years, which has helped me understand both sides of the experience. I’m multilingual, well-traveled, and currently based in Tampa, Florida.

My favorite part of hosting is helping guests feel comfortable and truly at home while supporting hosts in creating successful, stress-free stays. I love the little details that make a big difference—from quick communication to thoughtful touches that guests remember.

Chaque séjour est pour moi une expérience humaine avant tout.

Maman de 7 enfants, je navigue au quotidien entre la gestion familiale et mes projets immobiliers.

C’est un équilibre dynamique, parfois intense… mais tellement vivant. 

Récemment, j’ai aussi accepté avec grand plaisir le rôle de Community Leader Airbnb Québec et Saguenay.

I have been a property appraiser and Airbnb host for 4 years now.

I love creating spaces that have a soul… but above all, I deeply love connecting with people.

Each stay is, for me, first and foremost a human experience.

As a mother of 7, I navigate daily between family management and my real estate projects.

It's a dynamic balance, sometimes intense… but so full of life. 

Recently, I also gladly accepted the role of Community Leader for Airbnb Quebec and Saguenay.

Being able to bring together a community of hosts, to exchange ideas, learn and grow together… that’s something that resonates deeply with me.

And honestly, I wouldn't want it any other way. That's exactly what makes my life so rich and stimulating.

It's a real pleasure to be part of this wonderful community!
