Your townhome in Kailua-Kona sounds amazing!  It’s wonderful to have hosts from all over, and it’s so lovely that you split your time between Hawai‘i and Colorado. 

How has starting out out as a new host been for you? 😊

It's been pretty good.  Excited for things to take off! We're in a perfect location so all should be good.

@Quincy Yes, we have already booked 11 on Airbnb and 3 on Vrbo (more of a challenge).  All is good.  Had a cancellation for December last week 😞 hopefully we will book some December dates.
