No new bookings

I have a casita  in Tucson Arizona that has been very active. March and April were pretty well booked but now I am getting no requests at all. I’ve even lowered  my price. Have lots of good reviews and am a super host. Anyone else out there in Tucson having the same issue?

Hi Jill,

I am experiencing the same experience.  I am considering taking my home off airbnb and just keeping it as a permanent rental. Which is too bad because I bought all new furniture for turning it into a vacation rental that I can also occupy during slow season.
