Partial refund

Hi

i am hoping someone will help me. I am wanting to give guests a 50% refund for when they cancel. They cancelled after the COVID-19 Airbnb rules apply. They are technically meant to lost 100% but I don’t think that is fair. 
If someone could tell me how I can charge guests 50% it would be much appreciated.

1. Make sure you’re using the hosting version of the Airbnb app. Tap the Profile icon in the menu bar, then tap Switch to hosting.
2. Tap the Home icon in the menu bar.
3. Choose the reservation you want to refund and tap to view the itinerary.
4. In the itinerary, scroll down and tap Help to begin the refund process.                       Hopefully this helps. Good Luck    wishing you and yours health &  happiness....Mark
