Payout method verification

Hi, we just listed our property and have a guest trying to book and add payment. She is getting an error message that said it’s not turned on to accept payment.  I did send her a special offer. Could this be something on my end or is it an error on her end?  Thanks

It is most likely something on the guest side.

 

Some possible reasons::

- The guest has not setup a valid payment method

Editing-removing-or-adding-a-payment-method

 

- The payment method needs verification

ow-do-i-confirm-my-payment-method

 

- The account is new and more verification is required by Airbnb

 

Your listing is new, but it is bookable and in the search system:

https://www.airbnb.com/s/homes?host_id=138012571&map_toggle=true

 

Maybe a time of payment it was not yet fully active, so then guest should try again.
