People who sublease accommodation.

In this last month it has happened to me on more than one occasion.
What can we do to prevent our property from being Reserved and subletted?
It has Airbnb. Any tool to avoid these cases?
In my country the practice of subleasing is prohibited. Except for a specific clause.

If you discover a listing on Airbnb is violating local rules/laws, you can report the listing (or the host) to Airbnb by using the report-link on the page.
