Same for me. I'm on Firefox MacOS Big Sur, but I also reproduced using Chrome.

This has been ongoing for at least a week. I'm going to message through Twitter as well, it takes hours for some destinations to go through each one and check.

Still missing on December 3, 2021.  I sent a note through messages a few days ago with no response.  Trying again today.  Maybe I'll post on Twitter too.

I just messaged them and you now need to add the number of pets in the same place where you add the number of guests to your search and it automatically filters for places that allow pets.
