Pictures don’t match

My sister booked a stay for her bachelorette weekend. Once the host sent over the address I googled it to see where the location was. But the house that shows up on the search is not the same house as the one pictured on the listing. Even what you can see from the neighbors is completely different. How can I verify that this is indeed the same house?

Google does not always show the right location.

Is this host a superhost ? Then there is not much to worry.

Does this host have reviews from previous guests ?

(they certainly would have mentioned it if pictures did not match the house)

And otherwise: ask the host for explanation about the results of your research....

Google street view is more than 8 years old, at least in my city so... is it possible that the old house is replaced with a new one? Or renovated?
