Problem with mail

dear team

i have problem with mail it’s not coming long time i got it 2 years ago also not coming Western code on my phone and you haven’t it in app so every time i have to open my computer to get this code to  take money and it’s so uncomfortable because i am not always able to make it. Also i don’t know the news  what is changing on airbnb. Please improve this problem my mail is ** and mobile **

This is the community, you need to address this issue to Airbnb.

According the help file the code is (still) sent to email, so maybe your emial address has changed or your notification settings are incorrect ?
