Dear Airbnb,

I gave money to my associate that then payed for an airbnb we were going to go to. Now the associate is not communicating with me and I don't know what to do. Please help with any suggestions. Thanks

That said I am not sure what anyone can do for you other than recommend you associate with more trustworthy people in future.

@Robert4829 I don't think anyone here can help you, and I don't see what Airbnb can do for you either, unless he included your name on the reservation. This is a matter between you and whoever booked the stay.

@Robert4829 as a host, the worst thing a guest can do to me is to book for someone else.

In the future, only book an Airbnb with your details.

AirBnb is a community system which thrives on personal interactions, unlike a hotel.
