Hello!

I am looking for interview partners (via teams, Skype, fair meeting etc.) for a project at the Dornbirn University of Applied Sciences.

In particular, there are problems with handing over the keys and especially with accommodations in larger residential units and how one could find a possible solution. I rented such a property myself and have some ideas  or received suggestions from a few guests.

The interview could be conducted in German or English.

I must be misunderstanding. Can’t you just install a lock that takes codes?

I don't know why you think this is an issue- hosts who don't want to hand over keys use smart locks. There is already a solution.
